Still Time to get down to the Common for Goonies

The lawn is filling up, but there is still room for you and your friends down here for our free showing of The Goonies.

The bar is open and will stay open for the show.

Pizza's On The Common!

Hungry? Head on down to the Worcester Common now and check out VESTA Mobile Wood Fired Pizza

Secret Lover is setting up now and will be playing in 30 min. or so.

A Full Slate of Activities on the Worcester Common Today

Head down to the Common right now for Out to Lunch and enjoy live music and a farmers market until 2 pm today. Unlike our movies, which we only do once a month, this group puts on this event every week during the summer!

The new Worcester Pop Up, located directly across the street from the park at 38 Franklin St., opened at noon today and will stay open until 8 tonight (it is also open on Saturdays and Sundays). Tonight at 6:30 pm the Worcester Regional Research Bureau presents "Wait, Wait... Don't Tell Me - It's Worcester!?!" at the Pop Up.

And to top it all off, WFW will be showing Goonies at dusk! Come early for food, drinks and music!

Make Plans to Head on Down to the Worcester Common Tonight

We have a great evening planned and the weather is shaping up to be beautiful, in fact you might even want to grab a sweater! Here's what we have lined up.

Goonies is the feature presentation and will start at dusk.

Things kickoff at 6 pm and bring your appetite because we will have lots of food choices for you including VESTA Mobile Wood Fired Pizza, Away Cafe, The Dogfather and Wooberry Frozen Yogurt. And for those of you of legal drinking age Peppers Fine Catering will once again be offering a beer and wine garden on the City Hall Plaza.

Live music also kicks off at 6 pm with Secret Lover, followed by Cannibal Ramblers.

325 Enjoy The Big Lebowski on the Common

Hundreds of Worcester area residents spent a beautiful evening on the Worcester Common yesterday and were treated to good entertainment, eating and drinking.

The bands were great, thanks Lied To's and Neptune's Car!

Pepper's Fine Catering set up a wonderful beer and wine garden.

Thanks to all of our food trucks, Away Cafe, Wooberry and the Dogfather for supplying the good eats.

And of course WFW was on hand supplying the popcorn and soda.

We'll see you July 17th for the Goonies!
